Raman serves as the Chief of Staff at Witness Investment, where he is responsible for driving strategic execution, operational alignment, and business development across the company’s Capital, Development, and Asset Management divisions. He leads cross-functional initiatives that enhance collaboration, streamline processes, and support the firm’s growth objectives. As a member of the leadership team, Raman works to identify new investment opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively across the platform to enable growth.

Before joining Witness, Raman worked in management consulting, advising companies on strategic planning, organizational design, and operational efficiency. He later transitioned into real estate and hospitality, helping to build integrated platforms that connect investment, development, and management functions.

Raman holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a Master’s in Accounting from Indiana University. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, and spending time with his wife and dog, Milo.
