Aakash Patel is a Co-Founder and Advisor of Witness Investment where he provides strategic guidance to the firm’s leadership team. He brings over a decade of experience in hospitality and real estate development, with a track record spanning more than $250 million in developed and acquired projects.

Prior to his advisory role, Aakash served as Chief Operating Officer of the legacy platform that evolved into Witness Investment. At Witness, he also served as Chief Development Officer, leading site selection, entitlement, design, and development across multiple markets. His leadership supported the firm’s disciplined approach to scalable growth and operational excellence.

Aakash began his career in consulting, advising Fortune 500 clients on corporate strategy and establishing executive-level program management offices before transitioning into hospitality and real estate.

Aakash holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Aakash resides in Seattle, Washington with his family and enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors.
