Alex is a managing partner of Witness Development and general counsel, responsible for overseeing creation and implementation of the company's development strategy and overseeing the legal affairs of the company. Before joining Witness in 2021, Alex practiced law as a real estate, corporate, and finance attorney, assisting both developer and institutional clients in developing, financing, and constructing commercial real estate projects within the United States and Canada.

Alex holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Indiana University Southeast and a law degree from Indiana University Robert H. Mckinney School of Law. Outside the office, Alex enjoys spending time on his bike, in his hiking shoes, on his skis, and playing tennis and basketball.
