Sagar Patel is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Witness Investment, where he drives the firm’s strategy and leadership across the Capital, Asset Management, and Development divisions. His work centers on bridging his passion for technology and operational excellence with real estate investment and hospitality development. His leadership reflects a focus on disciplined growth, innovation, and building enduring value across Witness’s investment platform.

Born into a family of hospitality entrepreneurs, Sagar carries forward a legacy that helped lay the foundation for Witness Investment. His early experience with Hilton in 2010 and later with Ernst & Young’s advisory practice in Chicago provided him with a strong grounding in both hospitality operations and strategic financial management.

Sagar holds a BBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and discovering new cultures with family and friends, playing basketball, and staying engaged with tax strategy and long-term planning.
