Ethan serves as a Development Associate, responsible for supporting all aspects of the development process. Including project management, performing due diligence review, design coordination and conceptualization, managing asset acquisitions and dispositions, and marketing initiatives for the firm.

Prior to Witness, Ethan developed his project management and marketing experience leading Texas Roadhouse’s national social marketing before launching his own clothing brand.

A native of southern Indiana, Ethan received a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Sales Management from Indiana University Southeast. He resides in Charlestown, Indiana with his wife and dog. Outside the office, you can find him working on his art, spending time with his family, and golfing.
