Dhruv is currently the Vice President at Witness Investments and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s asset management platform and supporting its investment strategy. He manages the financial performance and strategic direction of the portfolio, overseeing underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions, in addition to driving value creation across existing assets. Dhruv also supports investor relations and works closely with the investment team to align property performance with ownership objectives.

Dhruv began his career in hotel operations before transitioning to the real estate and private equity side of hospitality. He has held roles across the brand, consulting, and ownership spectrum. Prior to joining Witness, he was with KSL Resorts, where he focused on investments and asset management during a major company transition.

Dhruv holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from Les Roches, Switzerland. He is passionate about travel and food - enjoys exploring new cuisines spending time outdoors with his wife and their dog.
